Join our team! Coach needed at our Community Clubs

Our clubs support disabled people aged 8 and over, creating a welcoming environment where everyone can enjoy the benefits of movement, make friends, and build confidence through sport.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead and deliver high-quality sessions tailored to a range of abilities, working alongside another coach and a brilliant team of volunteers. You’ll also have access to excellent facilities – including an outdoor athletics track during the spring and summer months – to keep things varied and engaging.

Why work with us?
At Disability Sports Coach, over 40% of our coaches and volunteers are disabled people. We believe in lived experience, community-led delivery and professional development. As part of our coaching team, you’ll also have access to wider coaching opportunities across London and regular peer support and training via our Coach Network Sessions.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences—even if you don’t meet every requirement. If you’ve got the passion and a positive, team-focused approach, we’d love to hear from you.
