Recognises efforts to diversify the workforce at London Sport Awards 2026

Our team recently attended the London Sport Awards 2026, joining organisations from across the capital celebrating the people and projects shaping sport in London.

We were shortlisted in the Enhancing the Sporting Workforce category for our Inclusive Activity Leaders programme, delivered in partnership with Nike. The programme brings disabled and non-disabled people together to train as qualified sports coaches, helping to build a more diverse workforce and break down barriers to employment in sport.

While it was not our year for the award, being in the room alongside so many outstanding organisations and individuals was a wonderful recognition of the amazing work happening across the sector.

This nomination belongs to the coaches, tutors and partners who we work with every day. From delivering workshops, to training the next generation of inclusive coaches, their commitment is what drives us forward.

Congratulations to all of the winners and nominees at this year’s awards. We move forward together – and we’ll see you next year!
