The Importance of Booking for our Community Clubs, and How to Book Online
5th October 2021

We’re thrilled to have finally reopened many of our Community Clubs this month, and it’s been fantastic to see so many of you for face-to-face activities.

Your safety is always our number one priority – COVID-19 has made this even more important.

To ensure everyone’s safety, we have introduced an online booking system. This short FAQ highlights the importance of using this booking system and includes a link to an easy-to-follow guide.

Why do I need to book my place online?

Booking your session in advance helps us to safely plan our sessions. By booking your session online, we can track the number of people joining each session so we can follow social distancing guidelines.

As a small charity, we have also faced financial challenges caused by the pandemic. The cost of running our sessions has increased, so booking your place online is vital to help us continue our work.

Can I pay with cash?

We are no longer able to accept cash at our sessions. Going cashless minimises physical contact between participants, coaches and volunteers, providing an extra layer of safety at our clubs.

How can I book my place?

Our Community Clubs are now available to book online via Airbnb. We have produced this simple guide, taking you step-by-step through the booking process, which you can find via the link below.

By booking your sessions online, we can continue to safely run our Community Clubs each week and ensure more people can take part.
