MIGSO Pcubed: £2,800 raised!

Our partners at project management consultancy MIGSO-PCubed had an incredible 15 runners taking part – some taking to the streets in London, and some virtually!

Rhodri Cave, Managing Consultant, said, “Since our foundation Mi-GSO | PCUBED has championed sporting activities and events, and our work with Disability Sports Coach is a natural extension of this. We know that sport aids health and wellbeing for all individuals and we are proud to support Disability Sports Coach in their mission to create worthwhile sport and physical activity opportunities that have a positive impact on disabled people’s lives.

This is the 4th year that we have entered a team in the Vitality Big Half Marathon in aid of Disability Sports Coach. We’re proud to raise money to support activities like the Community Clubs, which mean so much to members.”

MIGSO Pcubed have raised £2,400 so far, adding to over £6,200 raised in the last three years. Alongside this, they have provided dozens of volunteers sharing their skills and expertise to help us reach more disabled people.

Thank you!

Our amazing team will aim to raise almost £4,000 combined. This vital contribution will help pay for the venues and specialist coaches at our Community Clubs across London, so disabled people can enjoy weekly sports with their friends in a safe, expert-led environment.

Peter Ackred, CEO, said ‘We are incredibly grateful to each of our runners and supporters at the Big Half. The last 18 months have been hugely challenging, with disabled people disproportionately impacted by COVID-19 and anxious about returning to face-to-face activities.

Your support will help bring back our weekly clubs again so disabled people aren’t left behind as society reopens.’
