They can help you to decide which Will is right for you and can also help you to amend an existing Will to ensure that all the details are correct and current.

Do I need a Will?
Having a Will ensures that you can choose who you would like to receive your assets when you die. Many people assume their partner will inherit their assets and so don’t make a Will. However, this is not necessarily the case.
To ensure your wishes are carried out and you provide for your partner and loved ones, you can name them in your Will. If you don’t have any family members to pass on your assets to, you may consider including a charity to benefit from your Will.
