Summer Festival 2018 – Free sports event for all disabled people
14th June 2018
Back by popular demand – our annual Community Club celebration returns on the 27th July 2018!
Preparation for our DSC Summer Festival 2018 is in full swing. We have sports, Paralympian’s, performances and even a selfie station for you to enjoy. We don’t want to give too much away just yet, but we want to give you a gentle reminder to save the date… we guarantee you won’t want to miss the event of the year!
Don’t take our word for it, last year’s special guest Kate Grey, former Paralympic Swimmer, had this to say: “The Disability Sports Coach Summer Festival has just got bigger and better! The vast array of inclusive sports and activities were a great opportunity for people of all abilities to try out or further develop their skills, but most importantly have fun.”
Here’s a taste to what you can expect this year:
- Over 20 of your much loved sports are returning, 6 of those being brand new Summer Festival newbies
- Your favourite DSC Special Guests will be attending – Susie Rodgers, Natasha Coates, Kat Hawkins, Kate Grey… AND if they aren’t enough, a mystery guest will soon be revealed
- Medal worthy live performances
- A brand new Closing Ceremony
- Plus much much more!
