By pledging to support us, you can ensure disabled people won’t face Christmas alone.
We are all likely to feel isolated or lonely at some points in our lives. However, half of disabled people are chronically lonely, with a staggering 67% feeling lonely in the past year. In addition, 43% of disabled children are turned away from Christmas activities.
That’s why we’re asking your support to help us run a Christmas Club this December, bringing disabled people together to enjoy themed sports and a free lunch with friends and family.
How can you get involved?
As part of the challenge, we are now inviting generous supporters to pledge a minimum of £100. If we reach our goal of £1,250, your pledge will be used to double our donations.
It would be amazing if we could reach our goal. All pledges need to be received by Friday 30th August at 5 p.m.
