A bespoke workshop aiming to improve the knowledge and confidence of sport, tourism and leisure professionals

Disability Sports Coach delivers a disability equality training course that aims to ensure disabled people have improved experiences when accessing sport services and facilities in London.

Who is the course for?

This is an introductory course suitable for any organisation that provides services in sport, leisure and tourism.

What the course delivers

  • Understand the business case for providing inclusive services
  • Identify steps that could be taken to remove specific barriers in your facility
  • Understand the Equality Act 2010 legislation
  • Explore different methods of communication
  • Explore how to use terminologies appropriately

Duration

The course is 3 hours long with a comfort break
