Our Community Club in Tower Hamlets gives disabled young people in the Borough an active and social slot in their weekly routine.
Our Club is supported by Tower Hamlets Council and specialises in delivering accessible sports for school aged children.
Our weekly sessions will help participants get fitter as well as make them smile! Our excellent coach is experienced in delivering many sports including dance, basketball and boxing.
Taking place on Wednesdays from 4.30pm to 6.00pm at Mile End Park Leisure Centre and Stadium, this fun multi-sports club delivers sports suitable for everyone, and the members at this club enjoy socialising and competing every week!
