Liz tackles HYROX Hong Kong for Disability Sports Coach!

A huge good luck to Liz Bradford this weekend as she takes on a gruelling fitness challenge in Hong Kong!

On Saturday 19 November, Liz will join thousands of other competitors at HYROX. Each faces gruelling sprinting, plyometrics and crossfit challenges!

On her JustGiving page, Liz said, ‘There are no words for how much I don’t want to do this. There’s a good chance I’m going to bottle it. But there are people out there who can’t do this at all and an amazing charity providing sports coaching to people with disabilities that transforms lives with the donations it receives. So I decided I needed someone to hold me accountable, and this is where you come in.

I know times are tight, so while I’d obviously love donations, I will gladly receive words of encouragement, re-shares and (if you happen to be passing by one of the Pure gyms in Hong Kong) orange segments and water-dousing while I train.’

In preparation for HYROX, Liz has been working hard – both in the gym and with raising donations! Liz has already raised an incredible £1,200 to help us enhance the lives of disabled people through the power of sport.

Good luck – we’re all rooting for you!
